Located just south of the Paso Robles downtown square, DEFY offers several free parking options, including street parking in front of the studio, a small lot to the right of our neighbors at Roux Collective, and the large train station parking lot directly across the street.

Refill your water bottle at our FloWater hydration station, featuring advanced water filtration, added electrolytes and minerals.
Chilled Lavender Towels
After any fitness class or wellness session, grab a chilled lavender towel to cool down and refresh before heading back into your day.

Track your progress beyond the scale with our Styku 3D body scanner. Using 3D imaging and body measurements, Styku offers another way to see changes over time and better understand your body's measurements and proportions.

Our member lounge is a comfortable place to work, relax, or enjoy a little downtime before or after class. With complimentary Wi-Fi and beverages available for purchase, it's also a great spot to hang out between a fitness class and wellness session.
